Join us for the inaugural Myross Yoga Festival, a celebration of yoga, meditation, and holistic wellness in the serene setting of Myross House, Leap, West Cork.
This two-day festival, happening on June 22-23rd, offers a rich program designed to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit.

Start: Saturday, June 22nd, 2024, at 8:00 AM
End: Sunday, June 23rd, 2024, at 4:30 PM

Event Schedule:

Saturday, June 22nd:

8:00 AM: Start your day with ‘Golden Hour’ Yoga, an invigorating early morning session to energize you for the day.

9:00 AM: Follow up with a calming Guided Meditation to center your mind.

Throughout the Day:
Participate in a variety of workshops covering different Yoga styles to suit all levels and preferences.
Experience Forest Bathing, a practice that immerses you in the healing power of nature.
Join a Tai Chi session to promote balance and relaxation.
Enjoy a Guided Thai Yoga Massage workshop for deep relaxation and muscle relief.
Relax with Soundbaths, using the therapeutic sound of gongs and singing bowls.
Healing Area: Access a range of treatments designed to promote healing and wellness.
Kids Workshops: Fun and engaging activities for children, making the festival family-friendly.

Sunday, June 23rd:

All Day: Continue exploring the diverse program with more yoga styles, meditative practices, and holistic workshops.

Finale: The festival will culminate in a group Kirtan, a joyful and communal musical chant, celebrating life, wellness, and community.

Event Highlights:
‘We wanted to do something for World Yoga Day on June 21st, and the idea spiraled from there!’ says Fiona Ashley, one of the co-coordinators, who has been a part of the West Cork Yoga Festivals in the past. ‘We have a fantastic Yoga Community here in West Cork. Myross House, a former retreat center, offers the perfect tranquil setting to bring together some of the most experienced teachers and facilitators around.’

Morning or Single Day Passes: Available for those who can’t attend the full weekend:
€100 - Saturday - full day
€45 - Saturday morning
€55 - Saturday afternoon
€20 - Saturday evening
€55 - Sunday ticket

Accommodation: Book a stay at Myross House to fully immerse yourself in the weekend’s activities and enjoy a peaceful retreat.
